We assist an active business partner in designing a survey that will retrieve the data needed.  The survey is then set up and conducted on premise utilizing CRG ProShoppers, trained in industry standard interviewing  procedures.

The freshly gathered customer feedback is then compiled and summarized in both numerical and graphical formats for ease of reading before delivery to the CRG business partner. (This service available only to active business partners of CRG).
