The Consumer Research
Group was founded in 1991 by Don Bode. Don brought 20 years of retail
operations management experience to a focus by creating the CRG Customer
Feedbak SystemTM.
Prior to starting CRG, Don helped coordinate the North American Operations for
Church's Chicken, now recognized as America's Favorite Chicken or AFC. Don Has
held front-line and senior management positions with several Fortune 500
companies. Especially significant is the fact that Don has been one of the
premier personalities to formulate the quality control systems for numerous
organizations. Establishing a foundation of satisfied business partners, one of
the initial goals in formulating CRG, remains today as our catalyst for mutual
growth and prosperity.
Don still maintains an
active part in overseeing the continual recruiting and selection process of
superior quality field market researchers known as CRG ProShoppers
®.

clients, who we like to consider as business partners," says Don. Don also
enjoys being the primary interface with CRG's business partners, ensuring CRG
