tele-shop has been found to be an e
ficient means of
reaching out to remote locations across the country. Government installations,
school campuses, airports and malls are excellent candidates for this monitoring option.
We listen to your needs and wants as we customize a survey format that will focus on your concerns, not someone else's. Basic tele-surveys may be incorporated into existing on-site assessment reports to produce an enhanced "duel focus" customer service study. A "stand alone" version of a tele-shop assessment is also available to the CRG business partner when a more in depth survey is needed.
The actual field reports are distributed on a timely basis while they are still "news". High impact numerical and graphical summarization are also made available periodically as required.
